Abstract

This chapter discusses pituitary passions (pituitary, hypothalamus, and pineal gland). In this chapter, 44 cases are provided along with their diagnosis and discussion. A 32-year-old, lady presented with recurrent episodes of a headache over a period of 6 months. She was not on any specific medication. The rest of her history was unremarkable. On examination, she had bilateral papilledema. A 24-year-old gentleman presented with holocranial headache for eight years, coarsening of the face and enlargement of the hands and feet for the past six years. A 54-year-old gentleman presented with chief complaints of progressive visual deterioration in the left eye, excessive height, and enlargement of the head, hands, feet, tongue and holocranial headache since the past 4 years. A 38-year-old gentleman presented to the emergency services with a history of sudden onset headache, visual disturbance, followed by loss of consciousness.
