Abstract

This chapter discusses endocrine miscellany (miscellaneous disorders including growth, sexual differentiation, and other metabolic disorders). In this chapter, 25 cases are provided along with their diagnosis. A 20-year-old lady presented to the endocrinology clinic with complaints of irregular menstrual cycles since menarche. She had a gradual weight gain of 10 kg over the past 5 years. She had noticed darkening of the skin over her neck, face, and hands which were progressive in nature. A 51-year-old gentleman presented with a 2-year history of increased urinary urgency and precipitancy without any other associated urinary symptoms. A 17-year-old, boy presented to the endocrine outpatient department, with complaints of progressive visual loss predominantly towards the evening and newly diagnosed diabetes mellitus. A 25-year-old gentleman was treated with phenytoin for ataxia since past 5 years.
