Follow-up of high-risk neonates is important for early identification of growth and neurodevelopmental problems. In addition, it provides opportunity for early interventions in indicated cases and hence improving quality of life. The follow-up should be done in well equipped designated center by a multi-disciplinary team of experts. Commonly assessed parameters in follow-up of high-risk neonates include growth, feeding issues, development in different domains, immunization, hearing and opthalmic examination.
