The aim of this chapter is to focus on the surgical perspective of benign sinonasal tumors. World Health Organization classifies the sinonasal tumors into benign and malignant epithelial tumors, soft tissue tumors, tumors of bone and cartilage, hematolymphoid tumors, neuroectodermal and germ cell tumors. Out of these, hematolymphoid and neuroectodermal tumors do not have any benign entity. Mature teratomas of the sinonasal cavity are rare. This chapter will discuss the commoner benign tumors of sinonasal cavity namely inverted papilloma, fibro-osseous tumors and juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma. This chapter covers the clinical presentation, investigations, preoperative workup, treatment, approaches for surgery, and specific tumor management considerations.
