Anomalies can be categorized according to size, number, form, structure, and eruption. Different anomalies are microdontia, macrodontia, dilaceration, fusion, concrescence, gemination, taurodontism, anodontia, supernumerary teeth, enamel hypoplasia, ankylosed teeth, amelogenesis imperfecta, dentinogenesis imperfecta, premature eruption, and delayed eruption.
