The common cause of constant neck pain over a long period of time is due to wrong posturing of the neck while working, especially so with today’s technological advances, many people spend long hours in front of the computer, craning the neck forwards with no respite! The management consists of seat adjustments to keep the low back and the neck straight while sitting on the chair and taking some time off, about 10 minutes, every two hours during which time isometric neck exercises should be done. This chapter covers the spondylotic myelopathy versus motor neuron disease, cervical spondylosis versus Parkinson’s disease, and cervical spondylotic radiculopathy versus brachial plexopathy.
