Every person faces various fears in a lifespan of one’s own existence. Fear is a primary emotion that appears already in the first year of life and resides in man until death. Some of the fears are realistic, that is, their cause, and in a way they can be predicted and the person can more or less successfully control them. This chapter covers the integral anthropology, existential fears and solving the existential problems by being open to the transcendence. Integral anthropology takes into account all dimensions of the human personality: spiritual, psychological, social, and bodily. Man is a spiritual-physical being. All the major world religions teach that God is the Absolute Master and Creator of all that exists. The Bible talks about it in the first couple of pages.
