This chapter aims to cover discussion on cranial nerve examination. Cranial nerve abnormalities can be caused by specific lesion to the nerve and in the nucleus. Cranial nerve-I olfactory nerve is rarely tested in clinical practice. Its procedure, findings, causes, and unilateral anosmia are mentioned in this chapter.
