Abstract

This chapter discusses about the high risk patients who because of age, condition or critical nature of medical needs would require to be handled in a competent manner, so as to provide them with necessary care efficiently and rapidly while vulnerable patients are the one with the physical and mental status of an individual, which might reasonably be anticipated irrespective of the context in which care is provided. There are some guidelines for care for all these patients which need to be followed properly. The quality department at hospital also set down certain parameters by which the quality of various areas is monitored.
