The aim of this chapter is to focus on the management of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) is a histopathological description of premalignant lesion of cervix, in which a part or the full thickness of stratified squamous epithelium is replaced by cells showing varying degrees of dysplasia, however basement membrane is intact. In 1976, Richart proposed the term cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, which combined the categories of severe dysplasia and carcinoma in situ into term CIN 3. This chapter covers the cervical cancer screening, screening methods for cervical precancer, diagnostic tools, and treatment.
