The objective of this chapter is to cover discussion on milk and dairy products recipes. Butter milk (majjige) sambar or amra, milk coffee, finger millet (ragi) ambli, garden cress seeds with milk, milk horlicks, jowar ambli, peda, souti beeja payasa, milk tea, and vermicelli payasa are the food items which are covered in this chapter along with their basic information, ingredients used for making these recipes, and nutritional composition of these recipes.
