This book describes the principles and practices of premalignant and malignant disorders of vulva. Vulva is an exposed part of the female genital tract. It has similarity with skin of the other parts of the body. Skin of vulva is a specialized structure and it is exposed to various types of external trauma and chemicals. As it is a part of skin, it is susceptible to similar types of skin diseases, Vulvar diseases are dealt with by the general gynecologists and venereologists. But most of the premalignant and malignant conditions are dealt with gynecological oncologists. Vulvar diseases are mostly neglected among all gynecological diseases. This book consists of 6 chapters, which include anatomy, vulvar dystrophies, non-neoplastic inflammatory and ulcerative vulvar disease, vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia, vulvar cancer (squamous type), and nonsquamous type of vulvar cancer. This book can also be helpful to the postgraduate students of general obstetrics and gynecology, gynecological oncology and dermatology, and would be well accepted in medical circle.
