The objective of this textbook is to introduce clinical neuroanatomy. Neuroanatomy is the study of the relationship between structure and function in the nervous system. Neuroanatomy includes the study of macroscopic and microscopic structures. This book consists of 21 chapters that mainly focus on development of nervous system, introduction to nervous system, peripheral nervous system, autonomic nervous system, central nervous system, spinal cord, medulla oblongata, pons, midbrain, cerebellum, diencephalon, cerebral hemispheres, white matter of cerebral hemispheres, limbic system and reticular formation, blood supply of central nervous system, functional components of cranial nerves, and neuroimaging techniques. More than 70 new images, flowcharts have been added to enhance the understanding of neuroanatomy.
