This is a scoring station if you remember few basic steps, like in any emergency particularly if it is life threatening; airway, breathing and circulation always come first. Communication and team-working is crucial. Proper documentation of events is to be done. In the end incident reporting and post-natal (in case of obstetric emergency) debriefing has an important role. Approach any case in a systematic fashion.
