The main focus of this chapter is on bone tumors, benign bone tumors and bone tumor mimickers. Chondroblastoma and giant cell tumors predominate in the foot, followed by simple bone cysts, aneurysmal bone cysts, chondromyxoid fibroma, osteoid osteoma, osteoblastoma and this are more common under 20 years age yet not uncommon in older patients. Osteochondroma, simple bone cyst and intraosseous lipoma, osteoid osteoma, giant cell tumor, aneurysmal bone cyst and chondromyxoid fibroma are the different disorders of benign bone tumors. Soft tissue lesions are more common than their osseous counterparts and are much more often benign than malignant. Around 5% of sarcomas are thought to occur about the foot and ankle; of these, synovial sarcoma and epithelioid sarcoma have a relatively higher incidence. Fibrous tumors, vascular tumors, hemangioma, synovial tumors and fat tumors are different disorders of soft tissue lesions.
