This chapter discusses on the elbow rehabilitation. The elbow is more predisposed because of its highly congruous and confirming articular surface. Brachialis muscle covering the anterior capsule predisposes it to post-traumatic or postsurgical heterotrophic ossification. The elbow is fairly tolerant to mild/moderate losses in elbow and forearm range of motion. Inflammatory stage, fibroblastic phase, remodeling phase are the three stages of physiologic stages of healing. Cryotherapy, continuous passive motion, splints/braces in general and mayo elbow brace, general guidelines for braces/splints, mayo elbow brace, splints/braces—atypical program, elbow rehabilitation in children and manipulation under anesthesia are the principles of elbow rehabilitation. Three well-labeled figures are also presented in this chapter.
