The objective of this chapter is to introduce the benign cartilage tumor. In the World Health organization (WHO) classification of tumors of bone, chondrogenic tumors are classified as osteochondroma, chondroma, enchondroma, periosteal chondroma, osteochondroma, subungual exostosis, bizarre parosteal osteochondromatous proliferation, and synovial chondromatosis briefly discussed along with their clinical features, pathology, prognosis, investigation, differential diagnosis, radiological features, and treatment. Computed tomography helps to define cortical integrity and confirms that there is no mineralization of the matrix, unlike other cartilage tumors.
