Combined lesions are formed by two or more cutaneous lesions of different origin. These lesions do not include combined nevus nonmelanoma developed on melanocytic nevus, due to their melanocytic origin. Dermoscopy is very useful to diagnose combined lesions, since it makes it possible to observe the structures and patterns characteristic of each lesion. The combinations most frequently observed are between the following lesions as hemangioma (H), seborrheic keratosis (SK), solar lentigo (SL), lentigo (L), basal cell carcinoma (BCC), nevus (N), melanoma (M), squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), dermatofibroma (D), and sebaceous hyperplasia (SH).
