Metastatic tumors of ovary represent 8% of all ovarian malignancy. The ovary may be involved from the adjacent organ by direct extension or by distant metastasis. The metastatic tumors in the ovary may masquerades as the primary ovarian tumor. However, certain features are helpful to suggest the metastatic origin of the tumor. The common primary sites are stomach, breast, large intestine and endometrium, which are responsible for metastasis in ovary. Lymphoma and leukemia, dysgerminoma, leukemia, and tumors of soft tissue and bone are various miscellaneous tumors of ovary, which are also discussed in this chapter. A well-illustrated box on features suggestive of metastasis and 10 well-colored figures are also presented in this chapter.
