Abstract

This chapter aims to provide detail about the premalignant and malignant tumors of vulva. Malignant melanoma represents 10% of all malignant tumors of vulva. The disease predominantly occurs in elderly white woman and rarely seen under 30 year of age. Vulva is rarely involved by various other malignant tumors such as adenoid cystic carcinoma, Markel cell carcinoma, endodermal sinus tumor and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This chapter provides detail about World Health Organization classification of tumors of vulva 2014. This chapter also discusses the squamous tumors, squamous cell carcinoma of vulva and Paget disease of vulva. A detailed discussion on the malignant melanoma of vulva and other uncommon malignant tumors of vulva are also discussed in this chapter. 10 well-illustrated tables and 25 well-colored figures are also presented in this chapter.
