Abstract

The evaluation of in-service have four areas of change to do with are as follows as knowledge and skills, attitudes and values, the relation of the individual and the group, and the internalized feelings, motives and aspirations of the individual. Immediate evaluation methods are oral evaluation, post meeting reaction sheets, and observation. Problems related to in-service education program are lack of incentives, motivation and interest, inappropriate methodology, inadequate evaluation techniques, inappropriate curriculum and course, inadequate training of teacher educators, administration problems, organizational problems, functional problems, lack of specific objectives, and lack of follow-up program.
