This chapter discusses some ophthalmic investigations with photographs. This chapter covers the specular microscopy, ultrasonography, and optical coherence tomography. Specular microscope is a reflected light microscope. USG B-scan is an important imaging modality used to evaluate the posterior segment of the eye in conditions where dense media opacities do not allow direct visualization of the fundus as in dense cataract, corneal opacity or vitreous haemorrhage. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is an optical, high resolution, cross-sectional imaging technique which is of great importance in the diagnosis of retinal disorders.
