Abstract

The main concern of this chapter is to discuss the glaucoma. Glaucoma is a chronic, degenerative optic neuropathy which may or may not be associated with raised intraocular pressure (IOP). This chapter divided into two parts i.e. long cases and short cases. End of the each cases viva questions are also provided, which are very helpful for students and readers. This chapter describes the long cases include primary open angle glaucoma and primary angle closure glaucoma. Short cases includes Sturge-Weber syndrome, buphthalmos, neovascular glaucoma, angle-recession glaucoma, steroid-induced glaucoma and pseudoexfoliation glaucoma are also provided in this chapter.
