The aim of this book is to focus on the bedside clinics in orthopedics. Orthopedics is the branch of surgery concerned with conditions involving the musculoskeletal system. The practical examination is a clinical examination starting from bedside manners to history taking, eliciting clinical signs and making a clinical differential diagnosis. The book is divided into eight sections that include ward round, table of instruments and implants, table of orthopedic radiographs, table of orthosis and prosthesis, bone, joint model and specimen, orthopedic surgical approaches, operation theater and sterilization, and glorious history of orthopedics, which are further divided into 60 chapters. In this latest edition of book, many old photographs are expanded for more clarity. Newer tables and charts are added in almost all sections. This book is very useful for all orthopedic trainees and also a guide for practicing orthopedic surgeons.
