Learning, teaching, and research in medicine without statistics is like navigating without a compass. Most of the students of medicine are scared of statistics. The book shall be of assistance to the students of modern as well as indigenous medicine, homoeopathy, ayurveda and others. As it appears, statistics is like jackfruit. Put in a little effort and it becomes part of life. An effort is made in this book Manual of Biostatistics to make the subject simple, palatable and easy to understand. Most common statistical tasks used are explained with illustrations wherever necessary.
