Local administration like eye/ear drops, ointments are discussed. The nasal drops and sprays are also very common and hence details are given. Suppositories, vaginal pessaries are explained along with instructions for their use. Other less commonly used preparations like lotions, creams, liniments and paints are also shown. Inhalational route is very useful for asthma patients and all the modes are explained. Various inhalers are discussed.
