11Preface
More than two decades of my Nursing career, I always felt a dying need to acquire more knowledge but could not get due to the inadequate materials around. This gave me the inspiration to write this book on this content which all the nurses who are under training and all who are working as a staff and all graduates and postgraduates need to know and always may not find the right materials.
Moreover, in all the hospitals, the staff are not privileged to have ‘continuous medical education’ and so they feel outdated without up-to-date knowledge and thus feel lack of confidence to work in hospitals equipped with latest technologies. This concern for such lack of knowledge has been shared with me by a number of nurses. hence, I have made my humble attempt to give all that is missing for them who will find every thing in one book and thus it will boost their self-esteem and confidence.
