Due to lack of availability of continuous medical education in every hospital, many of the staff nurses feel lack of confidence to work in hospital equipped with latest technology. This book updates their knowledge to latest technologies.

This concern for such lack of knowledge has been shared with me by a number of nurses. hence, I have made my humble attempt to give all that is missing for them who will find every thing in one book and thus it will boost their self-esteem and confidence.

As one advances in Nursing Practice, some of the details with the daily practice becomes the second nature automatically. But there are certain things the nurses will always like to know and revise in nutshell reading, under one roof, which will be handy and useful tool for rest of life and their career as it is based on nursing principles and scientific principles.
