This is a case of post-traumatic lens subluxation with retinal dialysis. Pars plana lensectomy is done along with endolaser of the retinal dialysis with wide angle viewing after completing vitrectomy. Pars plana lensectomy, Core vitrectomy with PVD induction, Peripheral vitrectomy with wide angle viewing, the equatorial view with wide angle, The peripheral retina is also very well visualized with wide angle, laser barraged with endolaser, Air-fluid exchange
