The patient suffered blunt trauma, resulting in lens dislocation into the vitreous, huge iridodialysis, vitreous. The conjunctiva is pushed towards the limbus with a sapphire spatula, as far anteriorly as possible. The idea is to create the track under the most distal subconjunctival space, thus minimizing the involvement of the Tenon capsule. A 600 micron Fugo blade tip at highest energy setting is used to ablate through the conjunctiva and the limbal tissue to open in to the anterior chamber,
