About Video

The transciliary filtration track is made with 600 micron tip, at highest energy level of Fugo blade. The entry through the remaining layers of the sclera and the pars plicata of the ciliary body is made at the anterior edge of the sclera pit. The flow of the aqueous from the posterior chamber is highlighted with a drop of trypan blue which gets washed away. The conjunctiva is replaced at the limbus and fixed with many 40 micron vanadium steel (it is non-magnetic) sutures.
