This video demonstrates laparoscopic management of polycystic ovaries. This video showing bilateral polycystic ovaries; initial look of polycystic ovary; lifting ovary from ovarian fossa with atraumatic grasping forceps; holding the ovarian ligament with atraumatic grasping forceps and approaching the ovary with monopolar cautery needle at right angle to the ovarian surface and drilling done.
