This video demonstrates hysteroscopy procedure of the technique of lateral metroplasty. This video showing narrow tubular cavity; lateral metroplasty using Collin's knife started just below tubal ostia; successive cuts made by Collin's knife; lateral metroplasty on left side; lateral metroplasty incision made up to isthmus; and fundal metroplasty incision between the two tubal ostia.
