This video describes a case of failed retinal detachment with posterior subcapsular cataract. Silicone oil already removed. We performed phacoemulsification. Put foldable IOL. Triamcinolone assisted PVD induction done with the help of an end gripping forceps & suction of cutter. Residual vitrectomy done. There was a new break formation at the margin of cryoed lesion.
