a) Phakic eye with small pupil – not an ideal situation. Pupil should be mid dilated to visualize tip of the needle to avoid lens touch, retinal injury or suprachoroidal injection.
b) Phakic eye with dilated pupil – tip of the needle can be well visualized and;
c) Pseudophakic eye with dilated pupil - here also tip of the needle can be well visualized
