About Video

This eye has a traumatic mydriasis and cataract following blunt ocular trauma. Pearls for using capsular retractors are demonstrated, alongwith the author’s preferred approach to pupil cerclage following a traumatic pupil sphincter rupture. CTR implantation, a sutured capsule tension segment (CTS), and sulcus IOL placement is demonstrated.
