About Video

The technique of tilt and tumble is a modified form of supracapsular phacoemulsification. This video shows the use of bimanual technique to tilt one pole of the nucleus above the anterior capsule. Phaco is then performed while supporting the lens in the iris plane with the nucleus rotator.
