About Video

Orbital floor fractures can be reduced by various techniques, such as transconjunctival and subciliary approaches. These are, however, accompanied with the potential risks of lid malposition, entropion and ectropion due to the lid incision. These approaches are also associated with an inadequate visualization of the posterior part of the orbit, increasing the possibility of improper implant placement and resultant enophthalmos. The endoscopic guided technique reduces the possibility of enophthalmos by offering a better angle of visualization for the posterior part of the orbit. The authors have demonstrated here their preferred approach for the reduction of such a fracture.
