About Video

This is a rhombic flap, the design of which is based on designing a rhombus around the defect with angles of 60 and 120 degrees. From the 120-degree corner, the flap designed for closure extends off with an additional limb drawn parallel to the closest edge of the rhombus. After excision of the defect, the transposition flap is elevated and rotated to close the defect with exact approximation. One must be able to identify any points of maximal tension, and modify the plan to release the same so as to allow for a favorable outcome.
