Interposition cable graft between entire proximal facial nerve stump to distal facial nerve branch supplying the orbicularis oculi. Direct neurorrhaphy between masseteric nerve and facial nerve branch supplying the zygomaticus major muscle after radical parotidectomy (2-year postoperative result).
