About Video

This video demonstrates native ligament repair during UCL reconstruction. Following passage of the graft, the native ligament is repaired. The elbow is placed in 30° of flexion and a small bump is placed under the forearm to maintain joint reduction. Using 0-Vicryl sutures, three figure-of-eight stitches are passed from distal to proximal to repair the two limbs of the native UCL.
