This video shows range-of-motion after posterior tibialis tendon (PTT) transfer surgery. Patient exhibits increased dorsiflexion after PTT surgery as compared to preoperative conditions with foot drop. Range-of-motion is initiated after 2 weeks postoperation and physical therapy follows to retrain the PTT tendon to dorsiflex the foot.
