About Video

This video clip demonstrates an abnormal left ventricular volume response to stress. The resting study is normal. Post-exercise, there is evidence of anteroseptal, apical, and lateral ischemia, resulting in left ventricular dilatation or transient ischemic dilatation (TID). Cardiac catherization was consistent with severe multivessel coronary artery disease.
