Most importantly it has a crescendo-decrescendo character, which is appreciable to the ears. One can recognize the typical cadence of the ejection murmur, S1…. peak …S2 Da…..Ha ….Da This patient had aortic valve sclerosis but no stenosis. This is relatively common in the elderly patients.
