This video highlights robotic-assisted resection of a right parapharyngeal mass. This is a case illustration video showing a robotic-assisted resection of a cystic parapharyngeal mass. A vertical incision is made in the lateral pharynx, and extra capsular dissection was performed to totally mobilize and resect the mass. The mucosal incision was closed with robotic assistance. There was no neurovascular injury.
