This video clip showing significance of recovery images in assessment of myocardial ischemia. In this patient, because of significant left ventricular hypertrophy and reduction in left ventricular cavity size with dobutamine, inducible ischemia is not apparent at peak-dose (lower left) but becomes glaring during recovery phase (lower right).
