This video clip two-dimensional echocardiography in parasternal short-axis view at the level of great vessels showing origin of left coronary artery from medial aspect of main pulmonary artery. Caution needs to be exercised as the echocardiography seems to give an impression that the left coronary artery is arising from aorta.
