About Video

This video is a case of primary open angle glaucoma. Gonioscopy shows open angle with wide recess and heavy angle pigmentation. There is a wide angle recess with clearly visible white band (scleral spur) above/anterior to the iris followed by the pigmented part of the trabecular meshwork.
