This is a case of primary angle closure showing blotchy pigments anterior to Schwalbe’s line on gonioscopy. These can be confused for trabecular meshwork (sometimes called pseudo-trabecular meshwork). Corneal wedge technique helps in locating the Schwalbe’s line in such situations.
