About Video

Answer: This is the gonioscopic view of the inferior angle, so trabeculectomy ostium is not visible. An open angle with increased uniform pigmentation of the trabecular meshwork, with dense pigment clumping in the centre along with a slightly anterior insertion of the iris onto the scleral spur. This is a case of pigment dispersion syndrome.
