This video clip two-dimensional transesophageal echocardiographic video shows multiple vegetations attached to the valve leaflets and the valve ring. The descent of the bioprosthetic aortic valve into the left ventricle can be appreciated. It occurs due to the rocking motion of the annulus as a result of valve dehiscence.
